Qualifications:
- Current and active OT (Occupational Therapist) licensure
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Ability to work onsite
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services, supporting student independence and success
- Develop and implement IEPs with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage a caseload split between elementary (three days) and high school students (one day)
- Complete documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Effectively communicate progress to educators, families, and leaders
