Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license (required)
  • Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Passion for collaborative, student-centered support

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students onsite (no remote work)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students
  • Develop, implement, and revise IEP goals and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and progress reports
