Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a caseload
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to a caseload of 20 students across 1.5 days per week (16 hours weekly)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports in alignment with student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation and success
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all school and regulatory standards
- Participate in parent meetings, staff discussions, and ongoing professional development
