Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license (required)
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a caseload

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to a caseload of 20 students across 1.5 days per week (16 hours weekly)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports in alignment with student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation and success
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all school and regulatory standards
• Participate in parent meetings, staff discussions, and ongoing professional development
