What we’re looking for:
- Valid OT license in Massachusetts
- Experience delivering occupational therapy in schools, home health, and healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of school-based assessments and interventions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexible, organized, and skilled at managing a dynamic caseload
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student-focused care
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Deliver direct therapy services both within the classroom and in students’ homes as needed
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adjust caseload and hours based on testing and student needs
