Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure
  • Experience or interest in working within a school setting (K-12)
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Knowledge of IEP documentation and special education processes is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students according to IEPs
  • Assess student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Support students in acquiring critical skills for academic and daily living success
