School Occupational Therapist - Brockton, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students according to IEP goals
• Evaluate students’ abilities and develop customized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support learning and participation
• Maintain timely and accurate therapy records, documentation, and progress reports
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Attend IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Current Massachusetts OT license
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work with diverse school-age populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and educational environments
