Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload across multiple age groups
- Commitment to providing inclusive, child-centered intervention
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Document assessments, goals, and interventions in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
- Promote adaptive skill development, fostering students’ independence and participation in academic and social activities
