School Occupational Therapist | Brockton, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload across multiple age groups
• Commitment to providing inclusive, child-centered intervention

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Document assessments, goals, and interventions in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
• Promote adaptive skill development, fostering students’ independence and participation in academic and social activities
