Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ abilities and challenges related to fine motor, sensory integration, and adaptive skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support educational and functional goals
• Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to integrate OT strategies into classroom activities and routines
• Monitor student progress, adjust treatment goals, and communicate updates to families and staff
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Provide training and education for staff and families to promote carryover of therapeutic techniques within the school and at home
