This onsite position is tailored for an engaging and committed Occupational Therapist ready to provide support across both elementary and high school settings. With the unique benefit of a four-day work week (Tuesday through Friday), you’ll have Mondays free—perfect for work-life balance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license required
  • Prior experience in school-based OT (elementary and/or high school preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple school environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when collaborating with students, staff, and families
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track measurable student goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Serve three days at an elementary school and one day at a high school, promoting student success and participation in educational activities
  • Contribute to IEP processes and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
