Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in kindergarten through eighth grade, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure continuity and effectiveness of therapy services
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input and recommendations for student accommodations
