• Active or pending Arizona Occupational Therapist license, with IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and families

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students according to IEP guidelines
• Deliver therapy sessions onsite and potentially via telehealth to meet students’ goals
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, administrative staff, and families to maximize student achievement and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input for goal development and progress monitoring
