• Valid Occupational Therapist license required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable objectives
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate successful learning outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development
