Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to boost student participation and success
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Document progress and communicate results to educational teams and parents
• Support IEP development and participate in meetings as a school-based OT expert
• Provide consultation, training, and resources to educators and caregivers on strategies and accommodations
