Discover an exciting opportunity to provide Occupational Therapy services in a dynamic charter school community near Burnsville, MN. This contract-based position offers the flexibility to work two days each week, with the possibility for occasional expansion to three days as needed. Serve a close-knit caseload of approximately 35 students in grades K–8 (ages 5–14), supporting a diverse population with a variety of academic, behavioral, and related service needs.

As part of a collaborative special education team, you’ll help implement a blend of push-in, pull-out, and consult service models to address individual student needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid OT or COTA licensure
  • Experience in school-based, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT settings
  • Familiarity with IEP management software, especially SPED Forms
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Commitment to supporting children with diverse backgrounds and learning needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services tailored to each student’s IEP via in-person and/or teletherapy sessions
  • Consult closely with teachers, staff, and families in a supportive team setting
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to IEP development, and maintain documentation via SPED Forms
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultative services, utilizing flexible models as best meet student goals
