Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license, or eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
- Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create engaging, individualized intervention plans for students at varying developmental levels.
- Organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student success.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to pre-K (3 students) and K-5 (8 students plus one consultation) in accordance with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ academic and functional independence.
- Evaluate student needs, document progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
- Provide services two days per week, accommodating students across pre-K to 5th grade.
