School Occupational Therapist | Camas, Washington

This full-time position begins as soon as possible and is ideal for an OT who is committed to empowering young learners to achieve their best. Work across one or two school sites in a collaborative, educational environment focused on student growth and independence.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Washington Occupational Therapy License
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educational teams
• Ability to assess and develop individualized intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop tailored intervention strategies to support academic access and daily life skills
• Provide direct therapy services and consultation in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Document progress, maintain compliance with special education laws, and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between assigned sites as needed based on caseload and assignment
