Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Occupational Therapy license
  • Previous pediatric OT or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Ability to assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans
  • Comfortable working across K-12 age groups
  • Adaptable and responsive to varying caseload needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and support services to students onsite within the school
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver interventions targeting fine motor, sensory, or adaptive needs to foster student independence
  • Consult with teachers, families, and educational staff, offering strategies for classroom integration
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing student reviews as required
