This contract role, located near Cambridge, MA, offers the opportunity to support students across varied age groups and abilities during the 2026/2027 school year. You'll work full-time, 32.5 hours per week, collaborating closely with educators and families as an integral part of a dynamic school team.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials
  • Experience delivering school-based OT services to K-12 populations (any prior exposure to similar caseloads is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of IEPs and the related documentation process
  • Proficient communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Comfortable working onsite and adapting to changing school environments and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student strengths and areas needing support
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Consult with educators, families, and support personnel to integrate interventions throughout students' daily routines
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with both school and regulatory requirements
