Preferred Background:

• Active OT license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in school settings (K-12 preferred)
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt evaluation and treatment plans for diverse student needs
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated attitude

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional needs
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, counselors, and other support staff
• Develop and document effective treatment plans and progress notes
• Provide direct and consultative support to help students access their curriculum
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer ongoing input for student programming
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment onsite
