Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Confidence in supporting a range of developmental stages, including Kindergarten, elementary, and high school students
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with students, families, and educators
• Strong time management skills, with flexibility to adapt between part-time, full-time, or hybrid work arrangements
• Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for fostering student independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct OT services in-person, with hybrid scheduling options available
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Support inclusive practices by helping adapt classroom activities and environments
• Document services provided and maintain accurate, up-to-date student records
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
