Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a skilled Occupational Therapist. You will play an essential role in fostering student development and success for learners ranging from kindergarten through grade 12. This assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the school year, with the potential for continued coverage into July.

Your expertise will make a direct impact as you work within diverse school environments, collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) for practice in Massachusetts
  • Experience working in school-based settings across a range of grade levels (K-12)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and develop effective OT interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with program and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment for all students
