This is a dynamic opportunity for professionals experienced in school-based OT, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare settings, who are ready to make a difference. The role involves a highly flexible schedule, with services provided through small group sessions and individual consults, carefully tailored to student needs.

Caseload includes:

  • Meeting with students 15 times annually for 30-minute small group sessions.
  • Facilitating 20 annual sessions of 30 minutes in small groups.
  • Monthly 30-minute consultation meetings with individual students.
  • Providing 5 annual individual consults of 10 minutes each.
  • Conducting 15 annual 30-minute one-on-one sessions.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Experience working in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to adapt interventions to individual student needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Prior experience documenting progress and working as part of an educational support team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering occupational therapy services in both group and consultative formats.
  • Assessing student needs and developing individualized service plans.
  • Documenting session outcomes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with educators and families to support student goals.
  • Adapting interventions for various learning environments and modalities.
