Two contract opportunities are open for dedicated professionals ready to collaborate with educators, students, and families in a dynamic learning environment. Work with elementary or high school populations developing and implementing personalized therapeutic interventions to help students reach their full academic and functional potential.

Position Details:

• Full-time opportunities:
  • 1.25 FTE Occupational Therapist for elementary school
  • 1.0 FTE Occupational Therapist for high school
• Contract term: August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification
• Experience or strong interest in working within an educational setting
• Background in home health or healthcare OT a plus
• Adaptable and responsive to student needs across diverse age groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and prioritize caseloads
• Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine OT needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
• Document progress and adjust interventions to support students’ IEP and 504 Plans
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Support students’ participation in classroom and school activities through adaptive strategies and equipment
• Maintain compliance with district and federal guidelines for therapy in school settings
