Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license for North Carolina
- Experience in school settings is preferred
- Strong background in fine motor skill development and intervention
- Capability to adapt services between in-person, healthcare, home health, and teletherapy formats
- Effective communicator who collaborates well with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans for each student on your caseload
- Provide direct occupational therapy services, focusing on fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP/504 processes, and participate in eligibility and review meetings
- Coordinate with teachers and families to facilitate skill carryover in classroom and home settings
- Utilize teletherapy tools as needed to deliver remote services and consultations
