Occupational Therapist School Setting - Canutillo, TX

What we’re seeking:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience delivering OT services in a school-based environment (K-12 preferred)
• Familiarity with online platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to engage, motivate, and adapt sessions for a diverse population of students
• Commitment to collaborative problem solving with educators and families

What you’ll do:

• Provide virtual occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Document all encounters and maintain timely, detailed records in compliance with school and professional standards
• Collaborate remotely with school teams, including teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Guide families and educators in evidence-based strategies that support student participation and skill development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as needed
