What we’re looking for:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state
• Experience delivering OT services to children or adolescents (school-based experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop IEP goals and participate actively in multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for fostering growth in diverse learners

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to determine students’ needs and strengths
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on student outcomes
• Supporting access to educational materials and activities through adaptive strategies
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to ongoing planning and review
• Providing consultation and training to staff and families as needed
