Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Active OT license in California with strong credentials
  • Prior experience working in a school-based setting is required
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping elementary school students succeed
  • Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of needs and learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to elementary students
  • Assess, develop, and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ functional independence
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
  • Support classroom accommodations, modifications, and assistive technology when appropriate
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
