Occupational Therapist School Setting in Carmel, IN

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Experience working in school-based settings
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting the growth and development of children and adolescents
• Familiarity with IEP development and therapy documentation a plus

Your key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students, both group and individual sessions
• Evaluate student needs and create targeted treatment plans
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate OT strategies into the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and regulatory requirements
• Travel between three school locations as scheduled
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student goals
