Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process, legal compliance, and documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and tailor interventions to diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
