Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain) for Wyoming
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Compassionate and patient approach to supporting diverse student needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students’ OT needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students succeed academically and functionally
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support students’ IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to the educational team
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families as needed
