This full-time, onsite position serves learners from elementary through high school, offering the unique opportunity to work with a range of abilities, from mild to severe disabilities. Essential Qualifications:

• Active Washington State OT License (Department of Health required)
• Current OSPI ESA certificate with OT endorsement
• Experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Comfortable supporting students with diverse physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students across age groups and ability levels
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services per Individualized Education Program (IEP) guidelines
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and school staff to foster inclusive learning
• Provide resources and support to families, helping them advocate for student needs
• Maintain clear documentation and ongoing communication according to district and state guidelines
