Essential Qualifications:
- Active Washington State OT License (Department of Health required)
- Current OSPI ESA certificate with OT endorsement
- Experience working in a school setting is highly valued
- Comfortable supporting students with diverse physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students across age groups and ability levels
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services per Individualized Education Program (IEP) guidelines
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and school staff to foster inclusive learning
- Provide resources and support to families, helping them advocate for student needs
- Maintain clear documentation and ongoing communication according to district and state guidelines
