Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as an Occupational Therapist in an engaging school setting for the full academic year. You will collaborate within a dedicated team, working alongside a Physical Therapist in a shared therapy space and directly impacting the lives of students through meaningful interventions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT practice preferred
  • Strong understanding of MTSS and general education student needs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse student goals

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver approximately eight therapy sessions per day from 8 am to 3 pm, supporting MTSS and general education students
  • Plan and provide individualized interventions aligned with students’ IEPs and school initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to foster holistic student development in a shared therapy environment
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all student sessions, including those on snow days
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and professional development, including the start-of-year meeting on September 2 (students begin September 3)
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and functional skills
