Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Texas
• Previous school-based OT experience, particularly with elementary-aged students, is a plus
• Solid knowledge of assessments, interventions, and IEP development
• Comfortable managing caseloads and required documentation or billing procedures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and evaluate students to develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on OT needs and progress
• Adapt and modify classroom activities or materials to foster student success
