Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) in Wyoming
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and group interventions within classrooms or designated therapy spaces
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and state/federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
