Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) in Wyoming
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and group interventions within classrooms or designated therapy spaces
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and state/federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
