Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Arizona OT license required
• IVP fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy or pediatrics is highly valued
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies for a variety of age groups and developmental needs
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to support student IEP goals
• Assess and evaluate students’ gross and fine motor skills, recommending and implementing interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and communications
• Participate in meetings, IEP development, and family conferences
• Rotate between assigned schools as determined by caseload needs
