Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
  • Demonstrated expertise supervising COTAs within school environments
  • Prior, successful experience delivering occupational therapy services in educational settings

Core Responsibilities:

  • Offer ongoing, on-site clinical supervision to up to two assigned COTAs within public school campuses
  • Dedicate approximately 7 hours per month of supervision per COTA (up to 20 hours/month total)
  • Ensure timely, accurate completion of all required paperwork and supervision documentation
  • Collaborate with school personnel to maintain high standards of therapeutic support and compliance
  • Support the growth and success of COTAs through regular feedback and professional guidance
  • Travel is required between your location and Claremont, NH (mileage reimbursement at IRS rate)
