Ideal candidates will possess:

• A valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience, or a strong interest, in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver individualized OT interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with educators, families, and students
• Compassion, adaptability, and a true passion for student success

In this position, you’ll:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students' unique needs and strengths
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans and interventions within the educational environment
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to promote inclusive practices
• Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and advocate for appropriate accommodations
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to help students reach their goals and maximize independence in daily school activities
