Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state OT licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working in a school setting, preferred
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to interpret IEPs and perform school-based assessments
• Enthusiastic approach to meeting the unique needs of diverse learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement specialized therapy plans tailored to student goals
• Conduct assessments and document student progress using evidence-based practices
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classroom, individual, or group settings
• Educate and support staff and parents on strategies to enhance participation and performance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
