Desired Qualifications:

• Active PA occupational therapy license/certification (required)
• Minimum of one year school-based OT experience
• Comfortable working onsite in an urban K–12 setting
• Willingness to obtain all necessary Pennsylvania clearances
• Experience working directly with K–12 caseload; COTAs not considered
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Must provide licensure at time of submission

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to a diverse K-12 student population in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans—tracking progress and updating goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide detailed documentation
