Desired Qualifications:
- Active PA occupational therapy license/certification (required)
- Minimum of one year school-based OT experience
- Comfortable working onsite in an urban K–12 setting
- Willingness to obtain all necessary Pennsylvania clearances
- Experience working directly with K–12 caseload; COTAs not considered
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Must provide licensure at time of submission
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to a diverse K-12 student population in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans—tracking progress and updating goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide detailed documentation
- Maintain regular communication with families and educational teams
