Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy setting preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a variety of school environments and student needs
• Flexibility for PRN assignments and willingness to assist with ESY/compensatory services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, in-person OT services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Assess, document, and monitor student development, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide clear communication regarding student performance and needs
• Participate in planning and delivery of compensatory services and ESY programming
• Maintain compliance with school and state regulations for therapy services
