School Occupational Therapist - Chester, Vermont

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont Occupational Therapy certificate
• Experience supporting students in a school setting, K-12 preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload across multiple buildings
• Commitment to fostering student growth, participation, and independence

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services that support students’ IEP goals and educational access district-wide
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop intervention plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement effective support strategies
• Travel between four school sites as needed to provide timely and consistent services
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
