Key Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont Occupational Therapy certificate
- Experience supporting students in a school setting, K-12 preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload across multiple buildings
- Commitment to fostering student growth, participation, and independence
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services that support students’ IEP goals and educational access district-wide
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop intervention plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement effective support strategies
- Travel between four school sites as needed to provide timely and consistent services
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
