Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure, in Wyoming
  • Previous experience working with children or within school settings preferred
  • Ability to effectively assess, plan, and provide interventions for students with a range of developmental, sensory, or physical needs
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills for interaction with staff, students, and families
  • Commitment to supporting students’ academic and functional success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ needs
  • Provide both direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Take part in IEP meetings, sharing recommendations and strategies with team members
  • Foster positive working relationships with school personnel and student families
