Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
- Experience in school-based, home health, and/or healthcare OT settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy and comfort with relevant digital platforms
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for supporting pediatric and adolescent populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy sessions both on-site and through remote platforms
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
