Per Diem Occupational Therapist School Setting - Chicago, IL

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
• Experience in school-based, home health, and/or healthcare OT settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy and comfort with relevant digital platforms
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting pediatric and adolescent populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy sessions both on-site and through remote platforms
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
