What we’re seeking:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a current credential in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or strong interest in a school-based environment
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress tracking, and case management
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Adaptability to work with diverse age groups and needs
• Detail-oriented and organized in documentation and reporting

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals and assessments
• Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ access to the educational environment
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress regularly
• Provide direct and consultative services; recommend adaptive strategies and equipment as needed
• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive environment for learning and growth
