Desired Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active and current OT license to practice in California
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs and 504 plans
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies to improve students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Participate as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, parents, and support staff
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of progress and therapy sessions
• Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to support student success in and outside of the classroom
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
