Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active and current OT license to practice in California
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs and 504 plans
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies to improve students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Participate as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of progress and therapy sessions
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to support student success in and outside of the classroom
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
