Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts (or eligibility)
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
  • Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students as part of an Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide consultative support and adapt strategies for classroom inclusion
