Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (from an accredited program)
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the respective state
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities within the school environment, and collaborate on educational plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy interventions to improve students’ access and participation in academic activities
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure carryover of strategies and supports
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
