Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state
  • Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for students
  • Support classroom participation and functional performance in school settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies
  • Assist with referral and eligibility processes as needed
  • Advocate for student access and participation in all aspects of their education
