Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive learning experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for students
- Support classroom participation and functional performance in school settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Consult with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies
- Assist with referral and eligibility processes as needed
- Advocate for student access and participation in all aspects of their education
