Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active California OT licensure with a CTC (California Commission on Teacher Credentialing) credential required
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable in an itinerant role, serving multiple campuses or sites
- Open to providing services through both in-person and vocovational (virtual) platforms
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Outstanding organizational abilities; able to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for students as assigned
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals in collaboration with IEP teams
- Travel to multiple campuses to provide direct and consultative services
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Adjust therapeutic strategies based on student progress and feedback
