Occupational Therapist School Setting in Cicero, IL

As the primary OT, you'll work across three elementary schools, collaborating with educators and support staff to assess needs, develop individualized plans, and deliver impactful therapy services. This setting allows you to broaden your clinical skills and connect with a diverse student population.

What we're seeking:

• Active Illinois OT licensure and relevant certification
• Previous experience in school-based settings
• Strong background in sensory integration and interventions
• Familiarity with SPED (Special Education) programs and documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

What you'll be doing:

• Providing direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conducting assessments and evaluations using best practices
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of needs
• Working closely with special education teams and classroom teachers to support student goals
• Documenting services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Offering consultation and training to staff and families as needed
