Occupational Therapist School Setting - Cincinnati, OH

Embark on an enriching contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services in a vibrant preschool environment. Work closely with a dedicated team and help shape the foundational skills of young learners in a supportive Early Learning Center. This position serves a single building with 23 preschool students, ensuring a focused and manageable caseload. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., starting in November 2026 and continuing through November, excluding Thanksgiving week, with potential to extend into early December.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid OT license in Ohio
• Experience working with preschool or early childhood populations in school settings
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individual and group interventions for ages 3-5
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Flexibility and organizational strengths to manage documentation and scheduling
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to preschool students based on individualized education plans
• Conduct assessments and create therapy goals tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support skill development in classroom and daily activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings as required
• Adapt therapeutic activities to engage young children and foster developmental growth
