On this assignment, you’ll be exposed to various teaching and leadership styles as you float between an elementary and a middle school site. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (Minnesota)
  • Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to supervise and guide a COTA
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for working with children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to elementary and middle school students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student support plans
  • Oversee and mentor a COTA
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
  • Travel between assigned sites as needed throughout the week
