Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy (OT) license valid for practice in California
• Experience or demonstrated interest in working with children and adolescents
• Familiarity with educational settings, including understanding of IEPs and school-based therapy models
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services tailored to support students’ goals within their academic environment
• Collaborate with teachers, educational staff, and families to facilitate student participation and inclusion
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP development as an integral member of the educational support team
• Provide in-service education and consultation to staff on strategies and adaptations to improve student success
