About the Position

Etiwanda Elementary District is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Claremont, California, for maternity leave coverage through the end of the 2026–2027 school year.

The position supports three schools (two elementary and one middle school), serving students from preschool through 8th grade. Caseload is approximately 55 students with COTA support.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Assess students' fine motor and functional needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license.
• School-based OT experience preferred.
• Experience working with preschool through middle school students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
