Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid and current OT licensure in California
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong collaborative skills and adaptability within interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities
• Dedication to promoting student independence and functional success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, aides, and family members to support students’ progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the team’s recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports per school and professional standards
